No matter what your financial situation, a treatment plan can always be made to fit your budget while still providing you with quality dentistry. At Lake Pointe, we offer a variety of choices to help you afford your dental care. Fees are due at the time of service.

Payment methods include:

• Cash
• Check
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
• In-Office Savings Plan (for patients without insurance)
• Up to 12 months “No Interest” with CareCredit™ (more info below)

We also want to help you take maximum advantage of your dental insurance. We will happily file claims for you at no charge. However, our office cannot guarantee payment or coverage by your insurance company. Since dental insurance normally covers only a portion of your charges and can vary widely from one policy to the next, we urge you to be fully aware of the provisions of your own dental policy. Payment for your portion is due at the time of service. Any discrepancy between the estimated insurance portion and what is actually received will either be refunded to you or billed to you.

Our office has partnered with CareCredit™ to offer our patients a variety of affordable, flexible payment options. Several payment plans are available including interest-free (if paid within the promotional period), no initial down payment, and extended payment plans up to 48 months, with prepayment allowed at anytime. We also offer an In-Office Savings Plan for patients without insurance. You simply pay an annual fee in lieu of dental insurance and by doing so you are able to receive a set amount of dental services for one year.

The plan includes:

• Two professional cleanings
• Two professional oral evaluations
• Any necessary routine radiographs
• 10% off any other dental care provided in our office
