Dr. Maddox is a strong pursuer of lifelong learning and excellence. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with special distinction. She obtained her Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Oklahoma as well, again graduating with special distinction. She is currently a member of The American Dental Association, The Oklahoma Dental Association, and several dental study clubs.

Dr. Maddox and her husband, Mac, chose Oklahoma City as their home due to their love for this community and everything that the people represent-loyalty, kindness, and compassion to name a few. Mikala has grown up and lives in Moore where she is an avid Thunder and OU fan. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her parents, friends, and loved ones. She also enjoys watching movies and playing with her dog, Lexi.

“My father always said, if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I have found this to be true here at Lake Pointe Dental. I cannot imagine a better place to work.”

She strives to give patients the best possible care in a comforting, professional manner, making sure that your visit here is the best visit possible.
